Orders and delivery

How long does delivery take?

7 to 15 working days to any UK address. Delivery is free and tracked on every order.

Where is my watch sent from?

From our fulfilment partner's warehouse outside the UK, with tracking from dispatch to your door. That's why delivery takes 7 to 15 working days rather than next-day.

Will I pay customs or import VAT?

No. The price at checkout is the whole price, and there's nothing to pay when the parcel arrives.

How do I track my order?

We email your tracking link when the watch is dispatched. You can also check it any time on our order tracking page. If it hasn't moved for 10 working days, contact us and we'll chase it or send a replacement.

How can I pay?

Every payment method we accept is shown at checkout.

Returns and warranty

Can I return a watch?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery, for any reason. You'll get a full refund of the price you paid within 14 days of us receiving it. See Delivery and returns.

What if it arrives faulty?

We replace it or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. For watches under £100 you usually don't need to send it back.

Is there a warranty?

Yes, 12 months from delivery on every watch. See Warranty for what it covers.

The watches

Are these Swiss or luxury-brand watches?

No. They're made by independent watchmakers such as CADISEN, POEDAGAR, OLEVS, SKMEI and Sugess, sold under their own names. We don't sell copies of other brands, and we leave out watches that copy the signature shape of a famous Swiss model.

What does the water rating mean?

3 ATM (30 m) handles rain and hand washing, not swimming. 5 ATM (50 m) handles showers and a short swim. 10 ATM (100 m) and above handles swimming and snorkelling. Don't press the buttons or pull the crown under water, and avoid hot showers and saunas, which can weaken the seals.

Will the bracelet fit my wrist?

Steel bracelets have removable links. Any jeweller or watch repairer can size one in a few minutes, or you can do it at home with a link-removal tool.

How long does a quartz battery last?

Usually one to three years, depending on the movement and features such as backlights and alarms. Any jeweller can replace it.

Why has my automatic watch stopped?

An automatic watch winds itself as you wear it and runs for about a day and a half after you take it off. If it stops, wind the crown 20 to 30 turns, set the time and wear it as normal.

Are the product images photos?

Not yet. Our product images are generated from the maker's published photos and specs, and checked against them. We replace them with our own photos as stock arrives.
