Warranty

Every watch comes with a 12-month warranty from the day it's delivered. If it stops working or develops a fault in normal use, we replace it with the same model or refund you, whichever you prefer. If the model is no longer available, we refund you in full.

What's covered

  • Movements that stop, lose or gain time beyond their normal accuracy
  • Hands, crowns, pushers and date wheels that fail in normal use
  • Displays, backlights and buttons on digital watches
  • The original quartz battery for the first 12 months: if it runs out, have any jeweller fit a new one, send us the receipt and we refund the cost up to £10

What isn't covered

  • Straps, which wear with use
  • Scratched, chipped or broken glass
  • Water damage from use beyond the watch's water rating (each product page lists it)
  • Damage from drops, knocks or opening the case

How to claim

Contact us with your order number and a photo or short video of the fault. We reply within one working day.

Watches under £100: you usually keep the faulty watch, and we send a replacement of the same model or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Watches £100 and over: we ask you to send the watch back, and we pay the postage. We then repair it, replace it or refund you.

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which it doesn't affect.
