Shipping policy

Delivery is free to every UK address and is tracked from dispatch to your door.

• Delivery takes 7 to 15 working days from the day you order. Watches are dispatched from our fulfilment partner's warehouse outside the UK.
• The price at checkout is the whole price. There are no customs charges, import VAT or courier fees to pay on delivery.
• We email your tracking link once your order is dispatched.
• If you order more than one watch, they may arrive in separate parcels.
• If your tracking hasn't moved for 10 working days, contact us and we'll chase the parcel or send a replacement.
