What you get for the money
The LIGE 6826 is a self-winding automatic with an open heart at 6 that shows the balance wheel swinging, day and date sub-dials and a display caseback, for £65. You can also wind it by the crown, and the case is 14 mm thick. The 9866 is a quartz chronograph whose pushers really do start, pause and reset the stopwatch, for £40. The 10049 is a 40 mm women's watch on rose gold-tone mesh, only 8 mm thick.
Where LIGE oversells
The supplier calls the 89143 a chronograph, but it has three hands and a date, so we sell it as that. The 6826's night-sky window looks like a moon phase; it is a 24-hour indicator. LIGE doesn't name the 6826's automatic movement.
Water resistance
Four of the five are rated 3 bar, so keep them out of the shower. The 8922 analogue-digital military watch is rated 5 bar. All five have hardened mineral crystals.
